... it is our generation that must understand. a secular state is a state of law. a secular state protects both lay believers and non believers. a secular state is the ultimate expression of a mature democracy.
Friends, here we are not discussing whether or not there should be an ecclesiastical authority, I remind you, inter alia, that the Catholic religion is not the only existing, but the right to be governed by men and not by god ( NDR) on behalf of the church.
NDR : God, just to clarify the terms of a question that is not intimate at all, never having seen or let alone met him in person, and emphasize that no one can boast this thing , I can not dictate the law better than that, people with a free exchange, may shape the needs of a free-thinking social, moral and intellectual.
